I've always had excerise in my daily routine. But even those that excerise everyday, can become bored. I heard about Zumba but never had the nerve to try it. One day I happened to see a sign for Zumba classes. I took one class and I've been hooked ever since. Jennifer is incredible! From the minute she walks in the class she has a big smile on her face :) No one in class feels intimidated or afraid to try anything new. Jen explains the steps before the class starts to ensure we do them correctly without hurting ourselves. "My daughter and I do a lot of things together so when she said she would love to do a Zumba class I told her to find one and I would do it with her. She found Jen’s class and it’s the best class I have ever joined. Jen talks you through the class, lets you know when new dances or songs are coming. She makes coming to class fun not just a workout, but you sweat and work your BUTT OFF! You know when you leave you have burnt about 600 calories and have had a lot of laughs. "I'm that girl who pays for a yearly gym membership and ends up "donating" most of the money because I go regularly for the first month, and then never set foot in the gym again. I HATE working out. However, I LOVE Zumba. It's the perfect blend of dance and exercise--the moves are fun, easy to learn, and Jenn's choreography with the music is fantastic. And, most importantly, you really burn calories during that hour! Within the first 2 songs, you're breaking a sweat. I used to dread going to the gym to use the elliptical machine or take kickboxing, but I really look forward to each and every Zumba class.
